First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leiters.
Process Scientist
I had two interviews for this role. The first was with some of the team members, and the second was with the manager. Both interviews were conducted on-site. The questions they asked were directly related to the job, and none of them felt like generic interview questions.
- Can you tell me about your experience with revising documentation?
Quality Assurance Engineer
Went through two rounds of interviews, both in person. The first had two interviewers, and the second had three. After the second one, I was pretty much told I got the job and just needed to wait for the official offer. I followed up a bunch, and after about a month and a half of interviewing and waiting, they finally got back to me saying they wanted to be upfront. The position still hadn't been approved by management and they'd let me know when it was. After that, no more updates, and I was just ghosted. Really unprofessional. Like, why interview people for a job that isn't even approved yet? And at least follow up after a long process like that.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Project Engineer
The interview process involved 3 rounds. First, a 30-minute Recruiter Phone Screen. Then, a 30-minute Phone Interview with the Hiring Manager. Finally, a 1-hour Panel video-conference with the Hiring Manager and Engineering VP. The questions were mainly about experiences with equipment troubleshooting, validation work, purchasing equipment, and managing projects.
- Can you share an instance where you designed and procured production equipment?
- Could you detail your experience in troubleshooting equipment?
- Walk me through your experience with validation tasks.
Quality Manager
The interview was very relaxed and they gave me a good overview of the role. It was a panel interview with some of the leaders. The leaders were really good and asked some great questions. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the facility looks great. The interview lasted about an hour.
- Can you describe your quality experience and any training you've had?
