The process started with a CV review for about 200 candidates, narrowing it down to about 10 for a first interview, and then to about 3 for a second interview. This stage involved talking with current PhD students (but be careful, some aren't very friendly). Finally, the results were sent via email.

The selection process involves: 1. A preinterview assignment, where you'll have about a week to complete two research-related questions sent via email. 2. The first interview with the supervisor and a researcher to discuss expectations, motivations, and get to know each other. 3. The second interview with the supervisor and a researcher, focusing on your ability to read, explain, and comprehend a scientific article.
