My interview for a Risk Management position at Lehman Brothers was a good experience. The team seemed really professional and knew their stuff. They were also friendly and focused on making sure they did thorough analysis and proactively handled risks. They seemed to really value teamwork and being clear with each other, showing they're serious about managing risk.
