It was a pretty simple interview process. I met with the hiring manager, team manager, and director. The questions focused on making sure my experience aligned with the hiring position and that I aligned with the company and team values. The interview style was very friendly and open.

I saw the job posting online for the E-Discovery Litigation position and reached out to express my interest. The Executive Director for the Dallas office contacted me quickly and asked for my resume and some other written employment info, including a conflicts check (which is standard for E-Discovery litigation and investigations). After that, I had an in-person interview with the Executive Director of the Dallas office. The whole process was smooth, professional, and handled very well by the Executive Director.
