First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Legends.
SEO Specialist
They had me do a take home assignment and two interviews. The homework was a lot, they wanted a full seo audit and content suggestions for two pages. They ended up not hiring me and then left the job posting up for 8 months, which makes me think they were just using the ad to get free marketing ideas.

HR Director
The interview process had three rounds. First, I spoke with recruiter Errika Leigh. Then, I interviewed with LeiLani Borrero, the hiring manager for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. The final round was an onsite interview with a future subordinate, Morgan, and some leaders I would have advised. I really enjoyed interviewing with the Raymond James Stadium team. I was ghosted after the final round, which was unexpected. While I understand not getting the job, not getting any communication about the hiring decision was unprofessional. Given the time and effort, a quick update would have been nice. It was also weird that the job was reposted as a Manager role just before my last interview. Good communication is important during hiring.

CRM Coordinator
The first interview with the hiring manager was enjoyable and felt like a good conversation. However, it's been four weeks since the initial interview, and despite following up three times, I haven't heard back from the recruiter, Maria Gil, at Legends International. This lack of communication is unprofessional and doesn't make a good first impression of the company.

Operations Manager
After applying with my resume and cover letter, my profile was selected, moving me to the next step. The first interview involved discussing my experience, skills, and motivations, and I asked questions to learn more about the role and company. Sometimes, I had to take tests or do practical exercises to show my technical and behavioral skills. These assessments helped the employer understand my abilities and work style. Then, I had a final interview with higher-level managers to talk more about how I could help the company and about the work conditions. After that, I waited for the final decision. I sent a thank-you email to show my continued interest and thank the interviewers for their time. Finally, the employer let me know their decision, whether it was a job offer or some feedback for my future job search. This process let me showcase my skills and see if the company was a good fit for me.
