I had a few initial conversations. They asked some questions about my past work and what I know about LegalZoom. It was a pretty chill chat, and we had a good discussion. The questions they asked weren't too tough, pretty standard stuff. It felt like they were checking my background and knowledge of the company. The background check process took forever, making me miss the training class. Management didn't contact me for 3 out of 12 weeks. I left my job for nothing. Their verifiers are located in the Philippines, and I gave my personal information to someone there. I wouldn't recommend applying unless you're desperate.
