The interview was just one behavioral interview where they asked about my interest in the company and if I was a good fit. The questions were about the skills needed for the job.

This was a very easy interview process. The first interview is a screening with HR where they ask about your qualifications, why you're interested in LSC, etc. The second interview is with a panel of people who you'd be working closely with at LSC and they each ask questions relevant to your experience to see how well you would fit in at the company.

I went through 3 interviews over a span of 5 weeks. The first one was a phone call, about 3 weeks after I applied. It was just with HR. The next two were panel interviews. I felt like I was driving the process, since HR kept setting up interviews whenever I followed up. They said a decision would be made the week after my third interview, and it was. I asked for feedback on how I did and what skills would help for future roles, but never heard back. That kind of info would be super useful for people wanting to work at LSC.

I got a call for a casual chat first. Then, I was asked to schedule an in-person interview for later that week. When I got there, there were four other people from the department and other places, which I wasn't ready for. It was pretty chill, but I was still nervous. They were all nice and friendly, but it felt like I was being cornered. I'm not good at being the center of attention, so it wasn't my favorite interview style. I was told they'd decide in two weeks, but it's been three weeks and still no update. Not sure if they are late or not making an offer.
