I was really stoked about the possibility of working at Legacy Tree and they let me know I was proceeding. Then, after I did this super long questionnaire for the second interview, I heard nothing for like, a whole month. Finally, I got an automated rejection email, no feedback or anything. It was a total bummer how uncommunicative and impersonal the rejection was, especially since I put in so much time and they had earlier indicated I was doing well. It makes the company seem kinda uncaring about people's time, you know?

The interview process was great. It was straight to the point. One phone interview screening with HR, then a Google Form with more formal interview questions, then a final interview before receiving a job offer. I would say it was the most streamlined interview process I've ever participated in.
