First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Legacy Restoration.
Sales Representative
It was a pretty average in-person interview, and the interviewer was very nice. It was a positive experience and lasted about an hour. He had to write down my answers as we went, which slowed things down a bit.
- Can you share an instance where you had a conflict with a coworker?
Sales Associate
I interviewed with Beverly and I very much appreciate her professionalism. Even though I was not a great fit for the position, her kindness and transparency was the best I’ve seen during an interview process. She valued my time and was very courteous. I get the feeling it’s a great company to work for based on the way my initial interview was handled. Well done.
- Four questions were asked to determine eligibility.
Project Coordinator Estimator
We started with a phone screen to quickly go over my qualifications for the job. Then, I had a virtual interview with two people who asked really detailed questions about my experience and what I know regarding the position. Lastly, there was a virtual shadow session where I got a basic idea of the role and how their program operates.
- What makes you a good candidate for this role?
- Can you tell me about your strengths and areas for improvement?
- What is your motivation for joining Legacy?
Field Supervisor
It was a 3 step interview process. First a phone interview, then a face to face interview, and finally a working/ride along interview. The whole thing took almost a month and also included a background check and an online personality test.
- What makes you qualified for this position
