First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Legacy Partners.
Financial Analyst
We had a technical round first to check finance knowledge. Then a round with the manager who asked general questions. The interview went well overall.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
Business Analyst
The experience was good due to the hospitality, but the only disadvantage was it being a walk-in, which made me a bit tired from travelling. The interviewers were friendly and interacted well.

Leasing Manager
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. They require a hair follicle test to be considered. The hiring team was very friendly. Business casual attire is appropriate. You should be ready to answer questions about the company.
- What motivates you
Leasing Consultant
It was a really nice and welcoming interview. The hiring manager was super nice and even though they seemed to need someone quickly, I never felt any pressure. All the staff were really friendly too. It was a great experience overall.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a conflict.
