First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Legacy.

Sales and Marketing Associate
It was based on a first come first serve basis, so you want to get there early to not have to wait if you can. The interview in itself was about 15 minutes long and was more of a get to know you and see if you have the sales availability and motivation for the company. The second interview is more of an explanation of the company, schedules, and how to rise up to management.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Store Manager Trainee
My interview was remote due to the distance to the home office. The hiring manager was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. It was more about getting to know me than traditional interview questions, and there were no wrong answers.
- What are your 5-year goals within the company?
Sales Manager
It was a joke, my interview was supposed to be at 11 but I didn't get interviewed until 12:15. It was supposed to be a one-on-one but they interviewed me with another person for a different job.
- Tell me about your experience.
