Management Trainee
It was a pretty relaxed interview, though a bit unprofessional. The manager I was supposed to interview with rescheduled multiple times through their assistant and was late to the actual interview. They also weren't clear about the specific roles they were hiring for.

i spoke with the project manager, we went through my resume, discussed my skills, my past and present work experiences, and my reasons for seeking a new job. we then talked about the job opening and how my experience might fit. i got the job offer for the new role a couple hours after leaving the interview.

I had a few phone interviews, the last one being with the CEO. After that, I interviewed with the Regional Manager and then the National Sales Manager. All these talks were really useful because they clearly explained what the job entails and what's expected of me.

So I had a phone chat with a recruiter first. Then, a few days after that, I had another phone chat, this time with someone from the Board of Directors. Both of those went pretty well, and then I set up an in-person interview which was scheduled for a few days later.
