First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leedarson Group.
Business Development Manager
There are 3 interviews. The first stage is with the hiring manager. The second stage is with an executive. The final stage is with the entire leadership team, although not all of them speak English. Mainly, two of the interviewers asked me questions.
- Tell me about your past experience.
Sales Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward, but they really emphasized needing someone with existing connections to customers that they could leverage through their channels. They also seemed to require bilingual skills in Chinese or Mandarin.
- What kind of customer connections do you have?
Product Manager
You'll start with a phone chat to see why you want this job. If that goes well, there's a supervisor interview, and if you ace that, they'll hire you.
- Tell me about your motivation for this role.
- What are your thoughts on the Internet of Things?
Business Development
The whole thing went fine until like the 4th or 5th interview. Yeah, you heard right. I had 8 rounds with them, and I turned down other job offers just to find out the job was eliminated. They posted the same job again a few weeks later, and couldn't even be bothered to tell me about it. All in all, I wasted a ton of time, and missed out on a great opportunity because the team wasn't upfront and just strung me along.
- Can you tell me about your experience in this industry?
