First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lee's Marketplace.
Deli Clerk
I was selected for an interview and attended a physical interview. However, I never heard back from them, even after following up. The position status remains unknown, which is quite frustrating considering the effort I put into the lengthy application.
- Tell me about your experience working with others.
- What prior customer service experience do you have?
- What are your thoughts on what customer service entails?
Overnight Stocker
I put in my application online and then the manager texted me. The interview was super easy and felt like just a chat. The HR Manager and the Overnight Manager were both there.
- What makes you want to work here?
Pharmacy Technician
It was a standard process. They set up an interview, and I met with 2 pharmacists. They asked a lot of 'what if' and 'how would you handle it' questions. They also briefly went over the job duties and pay. I had a chance to ask my questions. The whole thing was fast, from submitting my resume to getting the job offer.
- Tell me about a time you were most proud of something.
Customer Service Representative
I interviewed with the store manager and an HR rep. They asked me some questions about my knowledge of the industry and when I'm available to work. It was a friendly chat, and I felt pretty good about it.
- Can you work on Saturdays?
