First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lee Company.
IT Service Manager
The interview process was really great, and the teams emphasized a fantastic culture. There were phone interviews, virtual interviews, and a lunch with 14 current employees. All the questions were directly related to the job, and the group was very laid-back.
- Can you share something you've aspired to achieve?
Customer Service Representative
I first had a phone call where they asked me about my customer service background. It was a good conversation, and the interviewer was really clear about everything. After that, I was invited for a second interview at their Franklin office. The building was nice and the staff were all very friendly. I met with three managers in a small conference room, and they made me feel comfortable. They do require a drug test and background check before hiring.
- What's your approach to dealing with a customer who's not satisfied?
- Describe a time you successfully resolved a customer's problem.
Mechanical Engineer Intern
The interview process included a screening round consisting solely of behavioral questions. The interviewer was friendly and fair. It would have been better if the interviewer had been more responsive to pre-interview emails, but there were no other complaints. Additionally, requiring LORs for this internship is a bit odd, as some students attend much larger universities where forming relationships with professors is significantly more challenging.
- In what ways do you stay current with industry trends?
