Administrative Intern
Me contactaron por WhatsApp y luego por un Zoom, en donde comentaban como era el puesto de trabajo, sueldo, condiciones, entre otras cosas más. Dentro de todo me pareció "dinámico".
- What is my personal objective?
Sales Administrative Analyst
It has the following steps: interview with consultation, HR interview (Ledesma and area chief), area manager interview, psychotechnical/medical exams. They are very kind and aim to create a warm environment to conduct the process in the best way possible.
- What can I offer the company?
Analyst
The interview process was very good and well-executed, nothing was missed. However, it is extremely long. The HR person was excellent, although they struggle to attract people to Jujuy. They should try to attract personnel with more competitive salaries.
