First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lecom.
Marketing Intern
It's a dynamic and simple process with just three stages. First, you send in your resume and a note about your motivation and interest in the position. Then, there's practically a group activity - a collective interview. After that, a case study.
- What is your dream?
Intern
The hiring process was really tough and competitive for an intern position, especially considering the low salary. It felt unnecessary. In the second stage, there were about 10 candidates. We had an interview and a group activity. Before that, there was a pre-selection phase with another specialized company, which included an essay and an interview. Overall, it was quite draining for an internship role.
- Why do you want to work at lecom?
Product Owner
It was a nice interview, I was with the HR team and the Area Manager. They asked a lot about my current company activities. They questioned how I would act in certain situations.
- Tell me a bit about your career path?
- How do you see yourself in a few years?
- What is your current salary?
Administrative Assistant
Very rigorous interview, qualified and friendly professionals, quick feedback. The team was available to provide all details about the vacancy. Even before starting at the company, they were already sharing company information for familiarization.
