It was a really long interview process. It started with an HR person who didn't seem to know anything about quality or what the job required. Then there was a lot of paperwork and data entry, which felt like a waste of time because all that information was already in my CV.

It took them about two weeks to get in touch after I applied. When it was time for the interview, the HR person I was supposed to meet wasn't even there, even though we had scheduled it. The technical interview got rescheduled several times, and the interviewer, who was the head of electrical, seemed just okay. Most of the questions were about electrical topics rather than mechanical.
