The process involved an initial phone screen, followed by a panel interview with two directors, and concluded with an HR interview to discuss my skills and assess my fit with the company. The whole thing took about 3 to 4 weeks. It was pretty simple and everyone was nice.

The interviewers were really chill and made me feel comfortable. We spent time getting to know each other because they think it's important for us to see if we'd work well together.

The hiring process took about 5 weeks from the first step (application) to the last (slide deck demo), and included three main stages: the application itself, a video interview, and a slide deck demonstration. The final hiring decisions were communicated via email about a week after completing the third stage.

I sent in my resume, cover letter, and a writing sample. Then I had a quick 30-minute screening call. After that, there was a video interview (or in-person if you're local, which I wasn't) where three employees interviewed me. The final part was a timed written case study where I had one hour to read three prompts and then write a one-page case study review on one of them.
