It was a lengthy process but the interview team were all insightful to meet with. They value their culture a lot which is the reasoning for the rounds of interviews. Unfortunately, I received an offer and withdrew from candidacy.

I applied through a recruiter and had a phone interview first. Then I went in person to the Seattle office for an interview with two people from the team. It was a general overview of the job and my background. After that, I had three more phone calls with different team members.

Behavioral Technical

I submitted my application online via the company's website. Later, I got an email asking for a phone interview. The phone interview covered my background, experience, and common questions like 'why our company?'. After that, I had a video Skype call. The first part of the call was with the Sr. Project Manager and VP, and the second part was with two project engineers. Some questions were more in-depth, for example, 'what would you do in this situation?'. I'm now waiting to hear back about a face-to-face interview, as the Skype call was yesterday. Overall, the process has been thorough and well-organized so far. Nothing too unexpected, and they made me feel comfortable.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had over 3 interviews, starting with team screening and a phone call. Then, I went on-site for a 2+ hour session with two rounds of roundtable discussions. After the third interview, there was a bait and switch. The people on-site were great, but I was surprised they offered 25% less salary and an unofficial different title after a solid third interview. I politely declined the fourth interview. It's important to be clear about what role you're interviewing for.
