Teacher
There were 2 virtual interviews conducted via Teams. The first involved a series of questions about college experience, work ethic, and teaching experience. The second interview required describing how you would adapt and personalize a given lesson plan for a group of 10 students. Additional questions were asked about work ethic, work preferences, and strengths.
- Could you explain your reasons for leaving your previous role?
- Can you share an instance of a workplace conflict and how you managed it?
- What would your former supervisor identify as your key strengths and areas for development?
Teacher
I was interviewed by the district manager and another teacher over Zoom. It was a relaxed and friendly conversation, but they were clear about expectations and asked challenging questions. They went into detail about classroom scenarios and challenges. Overall, it felt fair and informative.
- What's the most crucial lesson a teacher can employ to foster student engagement?
- How would you address disruptive behavior and cultivate a sense of community within a classroom setting?
Hospital Educator
The interview process was very accommodating and aimed to make the experience positive. They focused on practical questions, which made preparation less stressful and clearer about the outcome. It was different from other interviews, suggesting they prefer candidates to focus on core concepts rather than over-preparing. This approach made it evident whether I received the position.
- What would you do in a situation where a student is unwilling to communicate?
Social Worker
It was a really nice interview process. I got the job really fast. The recruiter was super helpful and answered everything I asked. I'm excited to hear about what happens next with the company.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
