Learning Designer
The interview process was a bit challenging, but the interviewers were very friendly. I successfully completed the first three stages, but then they ghosted me without any feedback. I followed up, but still received no response from them.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivates you to apply for this position with our company?
- Describe your experience designing learning content specifically for university students.
Analyst
This company had the worst interview process. They weren't upfront about budget, which led to a waste of my effort, time, and money. I traveled over 450 km for a face-to-face interview in Mumbai, only to find out they couldn't meet my salary expectations. If there was a budget issue, the recruiter shouldn't have moved my profile forward.
- Can you describe your role and responsibilities?
Associate Software Engineer
First up was a technical interview covering OOPs, C#, ASP.NET, things like Interface, Polymorphism, Exception Handling, Delegates, LINQ, and Collections. Also SQL stuff: Primary Key, Foreign Key, Joins, DDL, DML, DCL, Truncate, Views, Stored Procedures. Then, an HR interview where they asked about Communication, Strengths, Weaknesses, Career Goals, Teamwork, Flexibility, Relocation, and Salary Expectations.
- What are OOPs Concepts and SQL Questions?
- Tell me about your Strengths, Weaknesses, Career Goals, Teamwork, Flexibility, Relocation, and Salary Expectations, as well as your Communication skills.
Marketing Communications Executive
The whole process was really smooth for me. A recruiter reached out, and I got an assignment with plenty of time to complete it. After they liked my assignment, I had a chat with my manager, which felt more like a casual discussion than a formal interview, which put me at ease. Later that same day, I had a quick chat with Global HR, again, more of a conversation to understand my role and the company's values. I actually got the job offer on that same day. The entire experience was quick and easy, and I'm thankful for how fast they made it.
- Can you share your thoughts on our current social media presence and suggest any improvements you'd make?
