Marketing
The interview process was great. I felt supported the entire way through and both HR and the marketing department were very receptive to questions and queries throughout the hiring process. Created a great initial impression of the company.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What value can you bring?
- What are your thoughts on the testing space?
Sales Development Representative
My first interview went so well that they asked me to meet with the Business Development Manager 30 minutes later, which was a bit inconvenient, but I agreed. After what was essentially my second interview, I then went to their office for my third interview. I had to pay for travel to this interview. I conducted the interview, which was a mock cold call. After that, I was ghosted. I sent multiple emails and called them, but they didn't respond. It's disheartening that they show so little respect for interviewees. I invested both time and money, and didn't even get a response.
- Regarding your university choice, why didn't you pick a school in Boston, given the quality of those institutions?
Business Development Representative
Really bad interview process, maybe the worst ever. Everything was fine and I got through the first 3+ rounds easily, though I did have to prep a lot, especially for the presentation and mock cold call. Then, scheduling the final call was difficult on Leapwork's side, which made me have to turn down another offer based on their promises of a position after the last call. The last call got rescheduled twice, which was super frustrating. Finally, the call was set for 7am one morning. The interviewer didn't show up! After an hour and a half, the recruiter contacted me asking if I could reschedule for later that day... By then, I had already accepted my other offer. I never got an official answer from Leapwork. It was definitely the least professional interview experience I've had the misfortune of going through. I think Leapwork's actions were awful and completely disrespectful.
- What gets you motivated in the morning?
Sales Operations Manager
It was a really unstructured chat. I guess you don't always click with interviewers, but I felt there was no coming back when they made me feel dumb for not knowing some software within minutes. They were also on their phone while I was talking and seemed uninterested. The questions were weird and caused some confusion. The interviewer bragged about their own experience, which I didn't think helped. They got annoyed I couldn't recall a forecast stat from past jobs. They kept bringing up my current role even though they knew I was unemployed, so it felt like I wasn't being heard. The whole thing was confusing and awkward. Thankfully, neither of us wanted to move forward.
- Can you tell me about the forecast deviation percentages from your previous job?
