I applied via LinkedIn and got an email the next day to set up a virtual interview. The interviewer was chill and made me feel comfy. They asked super specific questions tailored to what they need for this role. Some were typical, but others needed real-world experience to answer. Overall, it was a great chat that showed me exactly what they're looking for.

I applied on LinkedIn and a recruiter got back to me pretty fast, within hours. We set up an interview for the next week. I followed up the day after that and was told the job was already filled. Then they invited me to a hiring event that had a group interview led by market managers. They never said which store or position I was interviewing for, which was confusing. A week later, I got an email from someone I didn't even talk to, saying they picked other candidates. Honestly, the communication wasn't great.

The interview process involved a call with HR, followed by a video call with the manager, and then a final video call with the head of accounting. It was a very pleasant experience speaking with everyone, as they were informative and quite nice. The interviews weren't overly difficult, and there were no unexpected questions. It was primarily focused on getting to know me and my background.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I went through six conversations with the Leap team. It started with a recruiter call for an intro, then a hiring manager virtual interview, followed by a management-focused interview. After that, we had a group call with the extended team, and it all wrapped up with a final interview with the CEO.
