The Zoom interview was quite brief, and the interviewer seemed uninterested, almost as if reading from a prepared list. It didn't feel like a genuine conversation. About six days later, I received an email stating I wasn't selected to proceed, which was surprising given my qualifications. It's a shame there wasn't a more thorough evaluation, as I was quite keen on this company.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a phone interview where they asked me some questions about myself. After that, the second round was a technical interview with a technical lead, and they asked me about my technical experiences.

Behavioral Technical Case

The hiring process started with a screening interview. About a week later, I had an interview with the hiring manager. If I had progressed, I would have had interviews with VP-level managers, followed by a case study. The process was professional, and they kept me updated on my application's status.

The phone interview was super quick, like 10 minutes max. The interviewer seemed rushed, like my time wasn't valuable. She tried to cram a lot in, making it hard to follow. She barely answered my company and culture questions because of the time crunch. When I asked about the remote work situation, she seemed hesitant to respond. On the plus side, they were fast with updates, and scheduling was easy.
