Territory Development Representative
This was easily the smoothest and most communicative interview process I've had in a long time! HR got in touch quickly after I applied, and they were not only warm and welcoming but also really clear about what to expect in the interview process and the role itself. When I interviewed with the hiring manager shortly after, the vibe was the same—positive, open, conversational, and super productive. I was really impressed with how fast they got things moving and how helpful and communicative everyone was. Definitely one of the best interview processes I've been through, thanks, Leap!
- What is your biggest motivator in sales?
CRM Specialist
It was a loooong process, a total of 5 interviews. The first was with HR, the second with the CRM Manager, the third with a SalesPro manager (from a different team), the fourth with the Sr. Director of Customer Success, and then a fifth with the CRM manager again (which I thought was unnecessary). They said I'd hear back Wednesday, but I had to reach out Friday to learn they went with someone else whose needs were closer to theirs, even though the job description seemed to match my resume perfectly. They asked questions that seemed more managerial than CRM-related.
- How would you handle disagreements among coworkers?
- Can you recall a time when your ideas were rejected and explain the reasons why?
Finance
I spoke with the hiring manager, controller, and HR. We had a casual chat about my experience with financial systems and my skills in analysis. We also talked about the company's current financial situation, how things work with the board, and the finance tools they currently use.
- How comfortable are you with constructing a three statement model?
Marketing Director
I had one phone screen and then three in-person interviews with the executive team. It was a good chance to learn about the job and the company culture. The CEO, President, and COO were all easy to talk to and enthusiastic about the company and the role, interviewing me in a relaxed, conversational way. The office has a casual vibe and is running out of space because of fast growth. It was one of the most comfortable interview experiences I've ever had.
- Can you explain what 'brand' signifies to you and how it influences your professional activities?
