Teacher
The interviews were really thorough and they asked good questions. They had a list of questions that were relevant to teaching. It was in a conference room at the school with three administrators and two other teachers who teach the same subject.

Work Order Coordinator
We had a group interview in one room where questions were given on paper. They asked about my experience with project entry and handling pressure, my Spanish language skills, and my availability to work year-round, including weekends and holidays.
- Can you describe your experience with entering work orders?
- What is your experience with project entry?
- How do you handle pressure?
Principal
It started with a HireVue screening. Then I was invited to meet with a bunch of senior executives, including the superintendent. I was told more interviews were coming and they'd call me the next week. Never heard back, not even a generic email saying they picked someone else. Some committee members were on their phones a lot during the interview. Found it super unprofessional.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain why you are the most suitable candidate for leading this campus?
Benefits Specialist
I had a panel interview with the HR team where they asked me some basic questions. Then, I had a second interview where I was tested on my HR background and Microsoft Office skills. After that, I met with the HR team again, this time with the HR Assistant Superintendent, for more questions in a panel setting.
- Can you tell us about your HR experience?
- What is your professional background?
- Could you describe your HR experience?
