The interview process was quick and to the point. I got all the necessary info beforehand, so there were no surprises. The managers were cool and straightforward. I knew what to expect from the company because everyone I talked to was upfront about everything from the start. They clearly laid out their vision for my role and the company over the next 6-12 months, which was good to hear. I saw some stuff on Glassdoor that made me a little worried, and yeah, some of it was true, but honestly, I didn't need to stress about it.

I had two phone interviews, one with someone from Talent and Acquision and another with the direct manager. Then, there was one in-person panel interview in a single day where I met with one person and three of their immediate higher-ups. Everyone was really friendly and easy going.
