First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Leadec.
Network Engineer
Had a 30-minute video call with HR and the hiring manager. We talked about the job and they asked me a few things, including a technical question about fragmentation. Overall, it felt like a good conversation.
- Given a customer with an MPLS over VPN setup between two locations experiencing throughput issues, outline your troubleshooting steps, assuming all configurations are confirmed to be correct.
Environmental Analyst
It was a two-stage process. The first interview was with Leadec, and the second was with the company I would be working for. Both went pretty fast and smooth. They asked me personal questions about myself and my professional background.
- Could you describe your personal profile?
- Tell me about your professional experience in the environmental and waste management field.
- What is your experience working in an industrial setting?
Office Coordinator
It was a long interview process, taking place over several weeks. I first spoke with a recruiter, then had phone calls with three other people. After that, they scheduled an in-person interview. However, the in-person part was a bit disorganized because there wasn't an office room set aside for our meeting. When we finally found a room, we only had twenty minutes before someone came in needing it back.
- Can you define debit and credit?
- Can you explain what an accrual is?
- What are your career aspirations for this role?
Technical Services Problem-Solver
Interview process was very easy. It was a basic one-on-one interview. You must first clearly describe a specific problem found in your community or area of interest, design a program that will address it, and then describe the program in detail for the grant maker. If this is your organization's first attempt at applying for a grant, the entire process will benefit your organization. Your goal is to end up with a well-conceived proposal that lays out a strategy to address the problem, as well the funding to pay for it.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult coworker.
