The first meeting was a virtual chat, about half an hour long, but they got a lot done in that time. A few staff members were there, but it felt pretty relaxed and friendly, like professional but casual. They asked some really good follow-up questions that made sense for the role.

Behavioral Case

I went through 3 phone screenings and then an in-person meeting. A couple of the phone calls started late, and the chat with the CEO felt a bit rushed. I also had to do a case study. I was getting text updates really late, even after midnight, a few times.

I went through an ACC phone screening, then an interview with ACC, and finally an interview with ACC and a potential host site. I actually found my host site first, but typically most people sign up for ACC and then find a host site.

Behavioral Other

Overall it was a good experience, there were four phases in total. The second phase involved a hiring exercise, which I felt was a significant time investment that could have been used by the company without the commitment of hiring me.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • In the second interview, which was focused on culture fit, can you share how you've dealt with criticism in the past? There were many behavioral questions asked throughout the process.
