The communication with HR was good, although the process was a bit long: HR call, manager call, business case presentation, and call with the regional manager. Up to the point I reached, I didn't feel any discomfort. However, I wasn't selected, and that's not the issue; I understand they often opt for someone with different characteristics. The problem was that there was no feedback beyond 'you have not been selected, thank you for your time.' It's important for candidates to receive comments (positive or negative) about the interview process, especially after advancing so far, even after several interviews with team members, the manager, and regional managers.

It was a pretty chill but still formal interview. They wanted to see how my experience lined up with the job and then ask me about the brand. The more I knew about the company and its products, the better, so I definitely checked out their website beforehand!

The process had 4 stages: first a call with HR, then with the supervisor, followed by the area manager, and finally an in-person meeting with the manager and supervisor. I think it's too many unnecessary steps because they asked the same questions. Bad point: they didn't give any feedback, not even a sign of life, considering I went through 4 stages. In the last interview, I felt like they were confusing me with another candidate because they were asking about information that wasn't about me.

The interview was good. It was with HR, they asked me about my experience, explained the team and how they work, and also asked me what I was looking for, among other things. It seemed like a good match and they told me I would hear back that same week, which seemed reasonable. However, I ended up getting an automated email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. Since they didn't give a reason, I asked for feedback but got no response. The interview and prior handling were correct, but the lack of follow-up and communication at the end of the process seemed inappropriate to me.
