First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Le Biscuit.
Team Lead
The selection process was conducted online and lasted for a week. It included tests in Portuguese, mathematics, and logistics, followed by interviews with the regional manager and supervisor. My advice is to research the company beforehand.
- Tell me about your leadership experience.
Store Operator
The interview was conducted online via Google Meets. It was just with the recruiter, who started by explaining the job description, salary, benefits, schedule, and other details. Then, they asked me to introduce myself and inquired about my previous work experience, including work hours, duration, and my general profile. The interview lasted about half an hour or less and was quite relaxed.
- Do you have retail experience?
Assistente Financeiro
For the interview stage, the recruiter wants to get to know the candidates through a good conversation. The questions are prepared beforehand to understand what the professional does best and how they like to work. Another important aspect to evaluate is the cultural fit.
- Why do you want to join this company?
- What are your weaknesses?
Sales Associate
We started with a group introduction, then we all had to answer some personal questions on paper they handed out. After that, there was an individual interview with each person. There were 7 of us in total. In the end, those who passed to the next stage would get a call that same day.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
- What aspects of our company particularly appeal to you?
