About a week after I applied, I got an email to set up a 30-minute phone interview. The interview started a bit late, 10 minutes past the scheduled time, and it was pretty straightforward. They explained the role, then asked me about my reasons for leaving my previous position and to discuss my past experience. After that, they asked if I'd be open to speaking with the VP of HR, which I agreed to. They mentioned I'd hear back about the next steps for an interview, but I never got any further communication.
