Typically, the interview process involves two rounds. First, there's a phone call with HR. This is followed by a video call with a panel that includes the hiring manager. It's a good idea to test your system beforehand if you're using MS Teams. You can expect to receive an offer within about a week after the second interview.

Behavioral Technical Group

HR did an initial phone screening and then set up a group interview for the following week. This group interview went well, and I answered all the BA questions effectively. There wasn't a technical phone interview. After the challenging group round, I was invited back two weeks later for a one-on-one with the functional manager. This manager was quite rude and asked many irrelevant questions, making me feel inadequate. He stated he was seeking BAs with strong development backgrounds. I mentioned that this wasn't specified in the job requirements and that during the group interview, I had shared my limited programming experience but expressed my willingness to learn, which the group seemed to accept. The functional manager proceeded to question me about Stored procedures. By the end of the interview, I decided I wouldn't accept an offer from them.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by the Recruiting Manager for an initial screen. Then, I had interviews scheduled with different leaders, including the COO, two directors, and the Recruiting Manager. These interviews took place over two months, with about 1-2 weeks between each. Because of the pandemic, all interviews were done via video conference. After I completed several rounds, all communication just stopped.
