Teller
The hiring process was very smooth. After I applied online, HR got in touch, and then I had an interview with the managers. The questions asked were typical for this type of role. It's a good job to have while in college.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your past work experience?
Administrative
It was a nice experience, the people were friendly and it was easy-going. They asked general HR questions about my experience, skills, salary expectations, and when I would be able to join the company. I did not accept the offer though.
- What are your salary expectations for the role?
Marketing Assistant
The workforce here is mostly older people, not many young people in sight, definitely little to none in their twenties. Have great recommendations with you, and great letters. Hardest questionnaire ever, nice people though, everyone has been there for many many years.
- Can you share your recommendations?
- Could you bring a letter of recommendation?
Member Service Representative
It was a really quick and simple interview process. They tested me on basic cash handling and math skills. I don't really recall if there was a formal interview part. Overall, it was super easy and not complicated at all.
- Tell me about your experience handling cash.
