HR reached out to me with a link to the job. Then I had a phone screen the next day. The following week I had a video call with the hiring team, but it was delayed to the week after. The video screen went well, and they were respectful and asked questions related to the role and my experience. I didn't move on because they wanted someone more experienced, but I appreciated the quick feedback via phone call.

First, I had a call with the hiring manager and another employee. Then, they asked me to prepare a technical presentation about a project I worked on, to be delivered to a large group of potential interviewers/hiring managers. There were some issues though, as they informed me of last-minute changes and other hiring managers would be taking over the presentation interviews for that day. Two people joined and said others would join later, and to start the presentation. It felt rushed and disorganized. They admitted they hadn't read my resume or reviewed my slides, which I had to send in advance. Another person joined but left five minutes into my presentation. I still felt I presented well and answered all questions, despite the circumstances. It was disappointing to put so much effort into the presentation only to present to people who hadn't done any research. I felt I wasn't given a fair chance. A week later, I was told they chose another candidate. I asked for feedback but never heard back, feeling my time and effort were disregarded.
