I spent many hours in interviews with different team members and there was hardly any communication between interviews. I met the same group 2-3 times, and each meeting was about an hour long. They included an assignment as part of the process. To my shock, they hadn't reviewed it before the final interview. Then, they asked me to go through it with only 3 minutes left in the 1-hour interview. I didn't get any direct feedback after hours of interviews, which was pretty disappointing.

I applied for the HR position in December 2019 and the HR Director called me for a phone interview. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview with the HR Director and VP of Admin. They told me that final interviews would be held the next week and they would get back to me. After a week and a half with no response, I contacted the HR Director twice but haven't heard back yet. As an HR professional, I understand it's hard to get back to candidates who aren't a fit, but it's important to respond to those who interviewed onsite.

Submitted my info on their website and got an email to set up a phone interview super fast. The phone interview was pretty formal. Then, crickets for two weeks, but eventually, they emailed to set up an in-person interview. At the in-person, they didn't ask me anything about myself or my qualifications. Instead, the interviewer went into detail about the job, and I ended up asking most of the questions. It was an hour long. Two days later, I got an email saying they were going with other candidates. I'm glad they let me know.

I spoke with the hiring supervisor and an assistant. They asked me a mix of questions about my background, and then some standard questions about how I'd handle different scenarios and fit into the company culture. The interview finished with a typing test and a simple paper test covering cognitive and logic skills, which wasn't hard. The experience was positive overall – they were punctual, the atmosphere wasn't intimidating, the questions were fair, they were friendly, and the interview didn't run too long, lasting about an hour.
