The interview process was really quick and to the point. Right after the interview, I was onboarded the very next day. They just asked me some basic questions like if I was currently employed, if I was okay with the schedule, and if I had experience in a law firm or in the legal industry.

You'll start with some typing tests to check your speed and see if you have a good customer service attitude. They'll also check your knowledge of some law forms, but don't worry, they train you if hired. After a live typing test, you'll do a mock phone consult to test your customer service skills and tone. Then, there's a 1-on-1 interview with the supervisor and maybe HR.
