It was also a chance for me to learn about the company's history and values. The second part was hands-on, where I performed a facial on the spa manager, who is also the head esthetician.

I gave them my resume, which they glanced at, and they asked me to come back the next day for an interview massage with a staff member. I gave a free session to a current employee, who then gave feedback to the employer. After that, the employer and I had a face-to-face interview.
