First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lauth Investigations International.
Administrative Assistant
The interview process started with a phone call, and then I was invited to come in person the following week. It was a very relaxed experience with friendly people who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office space was inviting, and the location was convenient and in a nice area.
- What are your career aspirations?
Claims Researcher
The main recruiter called me on the phone to set up the interview. She asked basic questions that anyone with common sense would know. The second interview was with a Senior Claims Researcher who gives you more details about the actual job, what it entails, and what it takes to make a lot of money. It really is a great opportunity for the right person.
- What do you consider to be a high value customer?
Claims Researcher
The interview process was unprofessional. The questions felt outdated, and the interviewer lacked basic knowledge about the company when I asked them questions. There were two interviewers. The second one was even worse, rambling about personal matters and politics, and admitted to not knowing anything about the commission structure. It was quite strange.
- What are your five-year career goals?
Claim Researcher
First I did this pre-interview questionnaire. Then I had a phone interview with HR. The questions were pretty standard. After that, I did a second phone interview with another HR person where they told me about the company and the role. Lastly, I had an interview with a 'Mentor' to ask questions and discuss the role more.
