Makeup Artist
It was a good interview. The questions were spot on for the job and showed they knew what they were looking for. The practical skills test was also good, fair, and set up well to see how I do things.
- What aspect of your current job do you find most enjoyable?
Make-Up Artist
The interview process was efficient and pleasant. I was guided through it step-by-step with clear and concise instructions. I received support and ample time to prepare. The company was very pleasant to interact with and treated me with respect throughout.
- Perform a trade test by creating a specific makeup look.
Artist
So there were two main parts to the interview process, first a get to know you chat and then a presentation. It all happened pretty quickly, like within a week between the stages. It felt like they were talking to a lot of people though. Both a manager and someone from HR were involved in talking to me.
- Can you describe how you would foster good working relationships with your colleagues?
Sales Associate
Applied online and if they like your CV you get a call. Then you interview with the Area Manager, and if successful, you go on to meet the Business Manager of the counter you'd be working at. If you like the company after that, you'll have interviews with the department store where your counter is located.
- Tell me about your customer service experiences.
- What is your understanding of our company?
- What motivates your interest in working here?
