The interview process was too basic and they didn't really follow through. They barely listened to me, and the HR was checking her phone constantly. I felt really undermined and wouldn't recommend this environment. I already have a better offer, but wanted to warn the community.

The hiring process lasted about a month. I really got a feel for the company's values and culture. During my interviews, I met everyone I'd be working with and learned what would be expected of me. Overall, it was a great experience!

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The hiring manager was super quick and responsive. I liked that they gave feedback at every step, good and bad. They were also upfront about the salary range from the start. A recruiter on Linkedin contacted me. I had a screening interview, then one with the VP of product, a product sense and execution interview, and then a case study. Everyone was really nice and made the process easy. The case study was a bit of a drag 'cause it took ages.

Behavioral Technical

It was a phone interview that took about 30 minutes in total. They asked the typical questions you’d expect during an interview, like discussing your background, your strengths and weaknesses, providing examples of teamwork and problem-solving, and asking about any experience you have with the company's software. The interviewer was really friendly and was someone from the team I would be joining. The interview went well overall. This phone call was the only part of the process, with no follow-up rounds or anything.
