Behavioral Presentation

The interview process had three parts. It felt like the pace was fine, but I didn't get a clear understanding of what the job would actually involve. The hiring manager seemed nice and asked some good questions, but all three interviews felt more like casual chats than a productive use of time. In the end, the manager threw out some sales numbers for a 'wow factor,' but was vague on the methods used to achieve them.

The interview process was really thorough and detailed. They communicated well and were pleasant and helpful. I learned a lot during the interview, and they asked about what matters to me. They also answered all the questions I had throughout the interview.

Group Other

The first interview was a group zoom interview, where the interviewer did all the talking and there was no chance to ask questions. The second interview revealed the company's true nature: they set up booths at local events and grocery stores, persuading customers about their phone/internet bills, which seems like an elevated MLM. It turns out multiple marketing/consulting/sales companies share the same address: 700 W Pete Rose Way, Cincinnati, OH 45203.

The interview process has 3 parts. First, we'll have an initial meeting to go over your resume and give you a company overview. Second, you'll have a one-on-one with the hiring manager. Third, to wrap everything up, we'll have a job shadow day to see how everything matches in person.
