Product Manager
I had a 30-minute zoom interview with a hiring manager. The manager sent the invite via email. We had to reschedule twice because of their schedule. I never heard back, or at least not formally. The questions were very average for a PM interview.
- Can you explain why you believe you are well-suited for this position?
Product Manager
The interview process started with a recruiter screen, followed by a chat with the hiring manager. Then, there were four more rounds covering Engineering, Design, Product, and Culture Values. I had really good conversations in all of them, mostly asking for examples of past experiences. The recruiter was super helpful the whole time. I didn't get an offer in the end.
- Can you share an instance of a successful collaboration with an engineering team?
- Can you share an instance of a successful collaboration with a design team?
- Describe a situation where you encountered conflict with an engineering or design team and how you handled it.
Product Manager
The interview process overall was good. I met intelligent, thorough, and kind people. It was intensive, taking a few months. It ended with meeting 6 team members for 45 minutes each over 2 days. The talent manager repeatedly ghosted me, not getting back to me with a final decision and not providing timelines they promised. I still haven't heard back even after following up.
- Walk me through projects you've previously worked on and let me know if you have any questions about Lattice and our teams.
