Applied online and got a response about a month later. First, I had a recruiter call, which went pretty well. It was a typical initial call where they asked about my background and my interest in the company. The recruiter mentioned they'd support me throughout the process and outlined what to expect next. They requested my availability, which I provided. After that, I was ghosted, which was quite disheartening, especially after they had described the process in such detail.

I had a chat with the recruiter and it seemed to go well. They asked for my availability for the next step, which was supposed to be a call with the hiring manager. I told them I'd check my calendar and get back to them via email, which I did within an hour. But then... nothing. No further communication, not even a rejection. It was pretty disappointing because I was really interested in joining Lattice's design team after checking out their Notion page. Seems like this might be a recurring thing with their recruiters based on other reviews.

My interview process was super chill, honestly. Started with a quick chat with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, I had to present my portfolio, which was followed by a panel interview spread over two days. The panel included a PM, an Engineering Manager, and another designer. Finally, there was a wrap-up call with the hiring manager.
