First, there was a recruiter screening to chat about the company and the job. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager that was specific to the role. After that, there was an interview that focused on relationship management. The final round was a panel interview with a mock presentation about a quarterly business review.

I went through their entire interview process for the Manager, Customer Success role, which ended up being 10 interviews in total. It included an hour-long presentation, but unfortunately, I received a rejection email in the end. There were a few things that felt off. First, after my initial Recruiter interview, they told me they had an offer for the role and asked if I was interested in another similar one. This felt weird because it made me wonder where they really were in their hiring process if they could offer the job to someone else before I even had my second interview. Anyway, I agreed to keep going for the new role. My interviews with the hiring manager and other team members felt really scripted and awkward. They were reading straight from a list, making it hard to connect. I interviewed with the hiring manager a few times, and sometimes it felt like they were asking "trick" questions that didn't really make sense or were unreasonable for someone who isn't a current employee. For the virtual onsite, which was 5 interviews over 2 days, the recruiting team messed up the scheduling. I was told who I'd meet and when, but during the interviews, I realized the people were joining in a different order than I was told. The interviewers seemed to be on the same page though, so it was clear the recruiters told me something different. This made for a really bad candidate experience because I was prepped to talk to specific people, and it felt like my time and prep weren't valued. The last thing was the presentation – it felt like doing free work for Lattice, sharing ideas to fix their business issues. That seems unethical to me, and I'd suggest they change it. I don't recommend interviewing here; it's likely a waste of time.

Behavioral Presentation

This was one of the most positive interview processes I've been through. The recruiter was really attentive and quick, and everyone I talked to was super friendly and relaxed, making all the chats feel good and productive. You could tell everyone was really proud to be at this amazing company. They even have a dedicated interview for company values, showing how much they care about culture. I turned down the offer for personal reasons, but I'd totally recommend Lattice to anyone and would be happy to reapply later on.
