I spoke with a recruiter for a phone screen, and then I interviewed with the sales manager. The sales manager said I was qualified and had no issues with my application, but then I didn't get an offer, which was weird. I asked the recruiter why, but she didn't respond, so I followed up again. She then said they wanted reps with more B2B experience, even though the job description didn't ask for that much. I asked her again what exactly they were looking for, and she ghosted me. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with Lattice because they don't treat candidates right. Other places usually tell you why you didn't get the job.

The interview process was quick and pretty standard. It started with a recruiter call, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there was a mock disco session with the hiring manager and another team lead, although they were in a different time zone. The final round consisted of three back-to-back calls with an Account Executive on the same team, the VP, and the HR person. The VP's call was a bit unusual as she turned her camera off to change clothes and then returned while eating a sandwich, but I guess it was a busy period and she was multitasking. I would have rated this experience positively, but the recruiter failed to provide me with specific feedback after the process. Getting rejected with a standard email after reaching the final round felt harsh. I followed up twice without any response. Considering the company's values and what they sell, I found this lack of communication surprising and disappointing.

The whole interview experience was fantastic, taking about two weeks from start to finish before I got my offer. The recruiter was super helpful throughout. The sales mock call was challenging but fair, which is pretty standard for sales roles.
