It was a lengthy process, and it sounds like there's a lot of turnover. The questions weren't difficult, and I had plenty of time to meet with teammates to see if I'd fit in. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview. I declined the offer because the salary wasn't very competitive compared to other companies in SF, and I just felt a better connection with other teams.
