The interview was super easy and the questions were great. Just be ready to speak Spanish. It took about 30 minutes. They asked real, legit questions because they're looking for top talent. I didn't make the cut this time. Good luck to you!

The whole interview process was pretty fast and easy. I had great communication from both HR and the hiring team. The hiring manager clearly explained the timeline and process. This company provided one of the best job application experiences I've had. They were quick; I got an HR screening call just two days after applying, and everything after that was super smooth and well-explained. It really feels like a great place to work.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied for the VP of Marketing & Communications role and the recruiter reached out quickly. We had a good initial chat about my experience in both Spanish and English. Then, I met with the Chief of Development & Impact Officer. I felt that meeting went really well; I laid out a digital marketing strategy showing how the company stacked up against competitors. After that meeting, though, the recruiter went silent. A month later, I finally heard back about an interview with HR and their marketing manager. This interview was entirely in Spanish, which was a surprise and wasn't mentioned beforehand. It was about 45 minutes long. About a week after that, I got a rejection, saying they found someone who was a better fit. It's strange because the job is still posted, making me wonder if they know what they're actually looking for or if it's just to get clicks.

I was contacted by HR Rep Ms. Morales on March 6th for a brief moment via phone. She asked me what I knew about LCCU and my experience in relation to the position, interview took about 30 min. On the 8th I received a follow up call for a video interview on the 12th. basic interview questions both in English and Spanish. The next day I was contacted for a second Interview 1:1 with the branch manager scheduled for March 15th. Interview process was easy going, typical interview questions English/Spanish and it took about 35 mins. I am looking forward to the final interview.
