Supply Chain Manager
A recruitment agency contacted me. After the initial call, I had a second interview with the HR manager, followed by an interview with a current team member. Then, I visited the headquarters for a final informal chat.

The interview process was well organized, but it seemed like they weren't sure what specific qualities they were looking for. They were timely with scheduling and feedback. They invited people for interviews even though they knew from the start that candidates were overqualified.

Got a phone call from HR asking about my availability for an in-person interview. I arrived on time but had to wait for so long until the manager was free. They asked me about my studies and past internships, mudas, and lean approaches. I was also asked about some of their internal projects, which I didn't know how to answer.

Lab Technician
The interview process was smooth and professional. Questions were straightforward and easy to answer if you were prepared. I met with the HR manager and my direct supervisor. Most of the questions were safety-related, along with some interpersonal and situational questions. The whole interview took about an hour.
